Product Specific Terms

The Product Specific Terms are incorporated by reference into agreements governing Customer's use of Hyland’s Products. Updates to these Product Specific Terms may be made from time to time, and will be effective upon posting of such updated Product Specific Terms; provided, however, that if an update materially and adversely affects Hyland’s or the Customer’s rights or obligations under the applicable Product Specific Terms, such applicable Product Specific Terms will be effective for Customer only upon Customer’s renewal of the applicable Product Subscription. 

Products may be provided as Software, as a Cloud Service or as a combination thereof, which is referred to as a “Hybrid”.  

The most current version of this document shall be such in effect as of 12:00am EST (Eastern Standard Time) of the date stamped on such online version.
