1. Amazon Bedrock.
AI Models provided via Amazon Bedrock are subject to the AWS Service Terms available at https://aws.amazon.com/service-terms/ and as applicable third-party model terms available at https://aws.amazon.com/legal/bedrock/third-party-models/.
2. Google Health AI Developer Foundations.
AI Models made available by Google LLC and identified as a Health AI Developer Foundation within the HAI-DEF Terms of Use (as defined herein) are also subject to the terms available https://developers.google.com/health-ai-developer-foundations/terms (the “HAI-DEF Terms of Use”).
The most current version of this document shall be such in effect as of 12:00am EST (Eastern Standard Time) of the date stamped on such online version.
